Operating A Robot From 1,600 Miles Away (Video)

Here is a video that I produced detailing my ABET Electrical Engineering senior project. I had designed a socket-based protocol (using Python) that allowed me to control a robot via the internet in real time using continuous velocity control. I had implemented a program that used multi-threading on both clients and servers to efficiently communicate input data and integrated that with on-board SONAR sensors to constitute a control schema for the robot.
